Direct Processing
Orders are processed quickly through secure servers. Once they are processed, we do our best to pack and ship them within one to two business days because it’s important to us that we get the product to you as soon as we can.
NOTE: Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse has the product in stock.
Your Order Is Important
Your order is very important to us and is always processed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday; 8 am-5 pm CTS). Most orders are processed within a 24-hour period and will be shipped out the next business day. If for some reason there is a delay, you will be notified via e-mail. We also will inform you when your order is processed and on the way to its destination. If you have not received any kind of notification after 72 hours, send an e-mail to info@thejunglestore.com.
We do not require a signature upon delivery.
International Orders: Please select "international shipping." We are not responsible for customs fees.

Tracking Information
Any tracking numbers that begin with a zero were shipped via Fed-Ex. Tracking numbers that begin with a nine were shipped out via the US Postal Service.
