RETURN POLICY: Returns or Exchanges must be received within 20 days of receipt. Returns after 20 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns and 30 days for refunds. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. This does NOT include orders that had a damaged product or the wrong item was shipped and no replacement is wanted. All returned orders under $60.00 are subject to a $10.00 service charge. All other orders are subject to a 15% service charge. Damaged or missing merchandise must be called into us within 48 hours of receiving for replacement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN FORM. CONTACT info@virtualinventoriesinc.com FOR THIS FORM.
REFUSED DELIVERY: If you refuse delivery of an order that was requested for express delivery (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day), we will refund you for the merchandise less the return shipping cost and a service charge when it is returned to us by the shipper.
Inflatables, Masks, Noses, Socks/Slippers, and Costumes are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Decals, custom made clothing/pillowcases/aprons/tote bags and stationery are made to order and are not returnable. All returns must be unused and unopened.
Our merchandise is constantly revolving so we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock. Prices subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL OFFERS/FREE SHIPPING OFFERS: Returns of free shipping orders are subject to the original shipping charges when returned for a refund and are subject to a service charge.
